The Role

Our Client which is an international company Looking for HR Interns who will be based in UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration - Updating of employee records, maintaining organizational charts, updating spreadsheets, drafting internal communications, filing, processing medical claims and assistance with joining formalities
- Performance Management – Administration support for Retail performance review closures
- Projects - Assisting team in coordination of HR project work
- Payroll - Ensuring appropriate data is available during the payroll cycle.

Requirements
Prior HR work experience is preferable as are applicants who are currently pursuing/completed a Degree in Human Resources.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
- High degree of organization & prioritization skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong relationship building skills
- Must be fluent French speaker & Arabic is an advantage)
