Our Client which is an international company looking for Account Manager, who will be based in Dubai, UAE.
The Role
Client is a leading PR Agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing corporate team in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing a regional client portfolio to ensure successful results and delivery of agreed activities across markets
- Leading a PR team and managing junior members of staff
- Ensuring effective utilization of resources to achieve maximum results
- Overseeing the management and day-to-day running of the team and accounts, eg. ongoing development, checking client servicing performance, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality control across all aspects of account handling
- Proactively providing market insights and translating insights into effective client campaigns
- Maintaining relationships with regional media through regular outreach and travel across the region
- Conceptualising campaigns based on clients’ business objectives and developing market specific tactics to achieve objectives
- Contributing to new business proposals and presenting to prospective clients
- Partnering with client and extended teams (e.g., events/digital) to develop and complete communication plans
- Providing strategic counsel to clients
- Planning strategically for clients and mapping communication activities against client\'s business objectives
- Developing sector specific knowledge to share with clients
Requirements
- Have 3-4 years’ experience working in a PR Agency
- MUST have agency experience
- Have experience managing a team
- Ideally have Communications, PR or Marketing related degree
