Bilingual Legal Secretary job in Dubai

Our Client which is an international company Looking for Bilingual Legal Secretary who will be based in Dubai, UAE.
It is essential to hold a law degree (LLB) and be fluent in Arabic and English as the role involves translating documents and correspondences.

The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Translate day to day emails and correspondences from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Translate all the hearings and judgment summary into English and prepare it for the clients
- Getting the documents translated either internally or if required externally from the designated translation offices
- Preparing legal proposals, correspondence and other documents and typing legal notices and pleadings when needed
- Following up any correspondences and ensuring that client’s get their responses on time
- Following up with court clerks regarding client’s queries and executions
- Sending the relevant cases documents submitted by the Firm to the concerned client
- Screening all the Arabic received fax and sending faxes to experts on behalf of the lawyers
- Scheduling meetings for all the lawyers
- Assisting other lawyers in the event of other department secretaries absence
- Attending to the telephone calls for the lawyers of the department and performing the necessary action required
- Managing any financial matters such as invoices, billings and court fees
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English is an essential requirement
- Law Degree (LLB) is essential
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm
- Previous experience in preparing legal documents and proposals
- Organized and efficient, able to work to tight deadlines
