Fringe Benefits

Fringe benefits are a variety of non-cash benefits designed to attract and retain talented employees. Tuition reimbursement can be an especially important benefit if you plan to take classes on your own time. This can be a great way to advance in your career. Most companies that offer tuition reimbursement require that the courses be related to job duties.
