Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Head will drive the development and implementation of Digital Marketing across the Middle East & African region, leading to the creation of new value propositions. One key responsibility is to leverage opportunities in the region to develop new capabilities that drive efficient and effective new models to communicate with customers. Key responsibilities in this role will include customer understanding and insights, develop strategy, training, content, communications, and operating models. Implementation of innovative digital content strategies in order to enable customer engagement and create positive value impact on the business and development and execution of regional digital programs for brands across therapeutic areas
- Ideally 2-3 years digital/ insights expertise within Pharma or from other industries
- Expertise in and strong passion for marketing and campaign management technologies in the marketplace such as the Web, campaign engines, etc.
- Ability to think and act strategically combined with an ability to translate plans into operational reality
