HR Specialist job in Muscat
You will be responsible for maintaining the HR employee records (including promotions, joiners, leavers, salary increases, bonus payments etc), maintaining the HR database and supporting the HR manager with reward, career management and communication initiatives.
You will furthermore supervise personnel administration and payroll (by preparing the monthly payroll and HR reports and any necessary presentations as and when needed) and support in the recruitment of all of the open positions within your assigned business unit.
Furthermore, you will understand and support the HR Manager in implementing learning & development programs and tools that will sustain necessary behavioral changes (organizational development, change management etc) and employee coaching.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within the Oil and Gas, manufacturing or Industrial sector and will be degree educated.
Our client is ideally seeking an Omani National for this role but will also consider GCC Nationalities too, who have experience in the above areas within HR. The salary on offer for this role is up to OMR 1,700 (+ Benefits).
