Our Client which is an international company looking for Labour Relations Advisor: HR that will be based in south Africa.
Manage labour relations of the Group of companies;
efficient implementing of and support at
disciplinary procedures;
successful representation of law suits with
external bodies;
Provide productive Labour Relations information,
analyses and data to management.
Effective negotiations on behalf of the company
regarding wage negotiations, etc.
Candidate Requirements
The perfect candidate must be in possession of a degree in Labour Relations or similar.
The model candidate must have five (5) years' relevant experience in a Labour Relations environment, of which two years must be in a managerial capacity.
The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills.
