Nephrology Head Nurse Job

Our Client which is an international company Looking for Nephrology Head Nurse who will be based in Saudi Arabia.
As a Nephrology Head Nurse, the candidate will be dedicated in:
- Scheduling nursing staff to specific shifts and supervising nursing staff assigned to a particular shift
- Assigning patients to available nursing staff
- Measuring staff performance and assisting in the training of new staff members and in the development of existing staff members
- Auditing inventory levels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years’ experience as Head Nurse or a similar role
- Work experience in a nephrology unit / department preferred
- Good English Communication Skills
