What You Will Be Doing
The network Engineer will take a lead role in installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software. Candidates should have the ability in core networking concepts, network security and strong troubleshooting skills within a predominantly Cisco based environment. Will create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, and processes. Develop roadmaps, implement and maintain policies and procedures for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.
Deployment, Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless bridges, and wireless access points. Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Network Hardware. Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network devices. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
