On behalf of our client, one of the largest steel product producers in the world, we are looking forward to recruiting a Tagalog Speaking Office Administrator for their Dubai Office. You will have the overall responsibility in the daily running of an office and making sure office supplies are maintained. You will be maintaining contact withall provider services and ensure their availability in time of need.
You will also need to familiarize yourself with basics of company's order-booking system and supportsales/trading functions, including LCs, Shipping, Logistics, etc.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in similar roles and be driven by ambition and proceeding on her career. The candidate must have an excellent command of English and Tagalog.
