The Role

Our Client which is an international company Looking for Personal Assistant who will be based in UAE.
Purpose of the Job (Overall Accountability)
To provide an efficient and confidential administrative support as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and some central functions to the Head of Departments.

Principal Responsibilities
Comprehensive diary management, including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements and keeping up to date with all new activities
Ensure CEO is prepared for all meetings with all necessary documentation and information
Preparing meeting requirements, taking minutes and following up on actions
Sending and responding to correspondence
Efficiently arranging and managing logistics related to CEO’s travel and accommodation
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and certain presentations on behalf of CEO
Assist in preparation of various presentations for the CEO.
Represent the CEO to third parties, Internal and External
Dealing with certain queries directed to the CEO
Coordinating with team members and guest reception
Drive the new business agenda through proactive management of the CEO
Diarize all key dates in relation to New Business updates
Update list of contacts
Carrying out research and presenting findings on various areas as assigned by CEO
Manage all of the CEO’s office administration duties
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling the same
Screen and print emails daily
Overseeing organization of internal company functions / meetings
Requirements
Experience / Qualifications
Relevant experience in business working with Senior Management
Strong initiative and excellent judgment
Pro-active and thinks ahead
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
Computer literate, knowledge in Office Applications
Loyal and hard-working, unquestionable integrity, respects a high level of confidentiality
Confident with good decision making skills
Strong interpersonal skills to operate in a very complex multicultural environment
Well organized and always prompt
Physical Demands
Monitor emails and calls all day-round
Attend meetings as necessary on short notice
Work Environment
On call even after working hours
Working on weekends
Exposed to highly confidential documents / matters
