As part of the Sale team, you will be able to maximize every sales opportunity and build a long term business relationships with all our customers. You will be responsible to achieve and exceed the allocated sales target for new units, trade-ins, accessories and insurance policies and deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.
You are also expected to constantly improve and update your knowledge on product range, features and benefits, general automotive industry and technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, sales techniques and customer handling skills.
You should have a basic qualification and a proven sales background preferably in automotive sales environment. You must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
You should also be able to communicate effectively and you are required to work at flexible hour and in shifts. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset.
