Service Supervisor job

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for workshop capacity planning, optimizing productivity, controlling productive time and allocation and controlling of consumable costs. You will reiew and action a monthly quality score report for you and your team to improve the efficiency.
You will be working in a busy Service Center handling and resolving customer complaints in a daily basis. You are also expected to monitor staff performance and provide necessary training and coaching.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering and should have at least a minimum of 3 years recent experience in an automotive dealership. You should have sound technical knowledge and ideally have a supervisory experience in automotive dealership. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and must have the ability to remain focused on the set monthly targets and to be self-driven to achieve and excel them.
